Kinky (band)

Kinky is a five member band from Monterrey, Mexico fromed in 1998. It consists of members Gilberto Cerezo, Ulises Lozano, Carlos Chairez, Omar Gongora, and Cesar Pliego.
Their music is anywere between rock, dance, and techno, but the Latin influence pours through each song. They sing mostly in Spanish but some of their songs contain lyrics in English. They are signed with Sonic360 Records.
In the summer of 2002 they joined Cake, De La Soul, Flaming Lips, Hackensaw Boys, and Modest Mouse on the Unlimited Sunshine Tour in the U.S.. "Más", from their self-titled debut, was used in commercials for the NBC Mexican mafia mini-series Kingpin and Nissan.
The lead song Sister Twisted of the album Reina was a base of a video released on September 2006, in which a Mexican cowboy does a really twisted surreal locking and popping.
