LAT TV is a Regional Spanish-language television network emphasizing family-oriented and educational programming. It is owned by Latin America Broadcasting of Houston, Texas and launched in May 2006, initially on a small group of low-power television stations in Texas and Arizona. Four of the five charter stations are in top-ten Hispanic markets.

LAT TV is headed by Patricia Torres-Burd and her team, consisting of Roxana Sibrian, Frida Villalobos and Ana Bzdusek.

LAT TV offers a wide variety of programming from Mexico, Latin America, Europe and the United States to serve a diverse Hispanic market. The schedule includes telenovelas, sports, comedy, and children's programming. A half-hour network news program, Noticias LAT TV, airs each night. Weekday mornings include a block of public-service programs. Friday nights feature boxing matches, and the afternoon children's programming block includes Topo Gigio, a show that has been popular in the Latino community since the 1960s.

LAT TV is entirely based on internet protocol. Its systems administrator Aaron Ward and network operations manager Jay Ross oversee the process. All Lat TV Stations Are Low power
