Lewis Glucksman Gallery

The Lewis Glucksman Gallery is a public art gallery in University College, Cork.
It was opened in 2005 in a striking new building purpose designed by O'Donnell + Tuomey architects. University College, Cork is substantially located on a single campus adjoining Cork city centre and the gallery building occupies a landmark site at the main entrance to this campus. The gallery has 23000 square metres of space and is used for temporary exhibitions.
The gallery is named for its benefactor; wall street financier and chairman of Lehman Brothers, Kuhn, Loeb Inc., Lewis Glucksman.
