Louise Post

Louise Post (born Louise Lightner Post on December 7, 1966 in St. Louis, Missouri) is the lead vocalist and guitarist for alternative rock group Veruca Salt.
Post graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the English language from Barnard College, New York. She has also collaborated with other indie rock acts, including The Drowners, and Frogpond.
She once dated Foo Fighters front man Dave Grohl, and is according to him the muse for their hit song "Everlong".
As of October 2006, Post is currently on a US tour with Veruca Salt, promoting their latest album, IV.
