Marquand Alexander Manuel (born July 11, 1979 in Miami, Florida) is an American football safety for the Green Bay Packers of the NFL. He was originally selected in the sixth round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals out of the University of Florida. He has also played for the Seattle Seahawks.

Manuel attended Miami Senior High School where he was a teammate of Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson, Buffalo Bills wide receiver Roscoe Parrish, Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Jamaal Jackson, and current Packers teammate Atari Bigby.
