The Milan Conservatory (Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi) is a famous music school in Milan whose alumni include Giacomo Puccini, Vittorio Giannini, Francisco Mignone, Italo Montemezzi, Alceo Galliera, Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli, Maurizio Pollini, and Claudio Abbado.
