New York State Route 18F is a state highway in Western New York in the USA. This highway is entirely located in northwest part of Niagara County, New York. The northeast terminus is New York State Route 18 near Four Mile Creek State Park and the southwest terminus is also Route 18 in the Village of Lewiston. Route 18F has a more westerly course than Route 18.
The northern part of this route parallels the shore of Lake Ontario as Lake Road, and the middle part parallels the Niagara River as Lower River Road. Routes 18 and 18F lie on opposite sides of the Robert Moses State Parkway. At its southern end, NYS Route 18F (As North 4th Street and Center Street) turns east to rejoin NYS Route 18.
