Norwegian football club, consisting of the three clubs Knarvik IL, Seim IL and Alvidra IL. The team is located in Knarvik about 30 minutes driving from Bergen. The club plays in the 5th highest division in Norway, the 4th division, group 2. They finished 4th in the 2005 season.
