State Route 300 is a north-south state highway in the northwestern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern terminus is at U.S. Route 6 1½ miles west of Helena, and its northern terminus is at U.S. Route 20 just over 2½ miles southeast of Woodville.
