State Route 95 is an east-west state highway in the central part of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is in LaRue at State Route 37 and its eastern terminus is at State Route 3 just south of Wooster.

- 1926 – Route certified; originally routed from Marion to the former U.S. Route 21 east of Kimbolton via the former State Route 42 from Marion to Fredericktown, current State Route 13 from Fredericktown to Mount Vernon (dually certified with State Route 13 here), current U.S. Route 36 from Mount Vernon to 4 miles east of Howard, current State Route 715 from 4 miles east of Howard to Nellie, current U.S. Route 36 from Nellie to Coshocton, and current State Route 541 from Coshocton to east of Kimbolton[2] (the number 42 was retired for state routes after the U.S. Route system was established).
- 1932 – Extended west to LaRue via previously unnumbered road; truncated at Fredericktown; Fredericktown to Mount Vernon solely certified as State Route 13; Mount Vernon to Coshocton certified as U.S. Route 36; Coshocton to North Salem certified as State Route 271[2].
- 1933 – Extended east to Butler via previously unnumbered road[2].
- 1938 – Extended east to Perrysville via previously unnumbered road[2].
- 1939 – Extended east to its current terminus near Wooster along the former alignments of State Route 89 from Perrysville to the village of Mohicanville in Ashland County and State Route 541 from Mohicanville to south of Wooster[2].
