Office Hours: I have been using and spot-editing wikipedia for about a year now (December 2004), but I just really decided to become an active member of the community around September of 2005. I have recently completed my 1st year as a computer science major at University of Massachusetts Lowell. Any articles I have on this page are on my watchlist, and I have contributed to most of them, so feel free to ask me any question or leave and comments you might have on my talk page. Unless otherwise requested I will continue a discussion on the page it was initiated in order to maintain continuity. I am always interested in the projects and endeavors of other wikipedians; and if you want my input on anything you feel I might be helpful, just let me know, an I'll do what I can. Please do not hesitate to contact me oustide of Wikipedia if you so wish. I most likely will be able to respond to aim or email inquiries much faster, but will most likely do so on wikipedia, so that the conversation may be documented under the GFDL.
[edit] Mission Statement
It is my goal and pledge to do what I can, where I can, to aid in the normal operation of wikipedia. I am especially vested in defending and enforcing the WP:NPOV policy within my own edits, and by encouraging other editors to do the same. I was drawn towards making an account in part to aid in the fight against vandalism on wikipedia, and as a result I have joined the wikipedia:Counter Vandalism Unit.
I have recently embarked on a crusade against an evil rivaling both bias and WP:NOR original research. That evil is weasel words. Weasel words are often used by generally well meaning wikipedians in lieu of a definitve source for an article. It is almost impossible to argue definitively against weasel words through their ambiguous nature. However, they are also almost entirely unsupportable with tactile evidence, and are usually used to circumvent a deficiency of such. As a result, they have no place on Wikipedia and should be engaged with a kill on sight-style policy whenever appropriate.

My personal pride and joy, there projects are works that I have taken up either on my own or with one or two other wikipedians with the purpose of developing a subject. As a result of additional experience and knowledge I have with these subjects, I am extremely devoted to making them as in depth, informational, and complete as possible. Most of my efforts on wikipedia goes towards either these projects or the reversion of vandalism.
