The Main Campus of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila is located in Intramuros, Manila, Philippines. It is composed of twelve (12) different undergraduate schools, two (2) professional schools, and nine (9) graduate schools.
Several thousand faculty serve a diverse student body of different ages in different academic divisions, from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.

[edit] Undergraduate schools
The Undergraduate schools is composed of twelve different colleges, which are housed in Gusaling Arsenio Lacson, Gusaling Katipunan, and Gusaling Antonio Villegas and its annex.
The College of Architecture and Urban Planning will soon occupy the new building to be erected beside Gusaling Antonio Villegas. The building will have a 19th century architectural design. Moldings, window and door material, grillwork and paneling depict the details of the Bahay na Bato.

[edit] Curriculum
During the first year of college work, students at the Undergraduate schools receive a general education program from the College of Liberal Arts. On April 15, 2005, the 68-unit PLM General Education (GE) Program was revised. It consists of English, Filipino, Social Sciences and Humanities, Philosophy and Ethics, Sciences, Mathematics, and Personal Financial Management.
The students are also required to attend four Physical Education classes, and a choice from among Reserved Officers Training Corps (ROTC) or Civil Welfare Training Service (CWTS) in the Department of Military Science & Tactics and the National Service Training Corps. The PLM ROTC unit has been hailed by National Capital Region Regional Community Defense Group as the best ROTC unit in the Philippines.
The student's academic performance in the general education program is the basis for his acceptance to the specific college where the degree is offered. this program also helps the students to have a well-rounded background in different fields of studies.

The two Professional schools are the College of Law and the College of Medicine. The College of Law and the PLM Law Center are both housed in Gusaling Katipunan, while the College of Medicine operates in Gusaling Ramon Bagatsing at the main campus and in Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center at Malate, Manila.

The nine Graduate schools, which operate in trimester term, are all housed in Gusaling Don Pepe Atienza except for the Graduate School of Health Sciences, which is located in Gusaling Katipunan.
