Pennsylvania Route 145 is a 21 mile long state highway in the US state of Pennsylvania. It runs from Interstate 78 exit 60 and Pennsylvania Route 309 in Lanark, Pennsylvania to Pennsylvania Route 248 in Weiders Crossing, Pennsylvania.

Route 145 is the main north-south route into Allentown, Pennsylvania, the third largest city in Pennsylvania. In Whitehall Township, Route 145 is known as MacArthur Road. The main commercial center of the Lehigh Valley is located on Route 145 in Whitehall. The Lehigh Valley Mall, a large Allentown-area shopping mall, is based on Route 145, in Whitehall Township.
Route 145 enters Allentown from the North on 7th Street but later splits into 7th and 6th streets. Further south, it becomes Lehigh Street and splits again. Both Northbound and Southbound are South Fourth Street in South Allentown. South of the city, South Pike Avenue leads to the end of Route 145 at the Interstate 78 interchange near Lanark, Pennsylvania.
