Proclamation of Timişoara

The Proclamation of Timişoara is a document written by the Timişoara participants in the Romanian Revolution of 1989, in which they expressed their political views and demands. This was in response to the first Mineriad, and the Proclamation's 8th point was one of the main requests of the Golaniad, which was violently repressed during the third Mineriad.
