Randy'L He-dow Teton

Randy'L He-dow Teton is the model used for the US golden dollar coin - the Sacagawea dollar issued in 2000. Teton, aged 22 at the time, posed for sculptor Glenna Goodacre. She holds the unique distinction of being the only "living" person in US history to have their likeness on a US coin. Teton is a Shoshone Indian from Idaho's Fort Hall Indian Reservation.
