I do not know what to put here...

My name is Richard Ye, I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and I think that Wikipedia is the greatest website on the net. I can't donate, so the least that I can do is contribute. At 13, I properly rank as one of the youngest active contributors on English Wikipedia (I started when I was 10 or so. I don't actually recall when my first edit was).

I was born in Tianjin, China, moved to Toronto, Canada and then to Ottawa where I live now. Due to the low specs of my computer, one of my favorite things to do is go on Wikipedia and find out about Technological Singularity and the like.

When contributing, I like to add redirects, also, I usually make formatting changes and fix spelling mistakes. I think that little things are what make Wikipedia better (it wouldn't be very attractive with just a pile of words, would it). I attend Bridlewood Community Elementary School, with a fellow editor as a classmate, User:Patar Knight (what a weird class!).

I also have a user on Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia. But I like to read, not write. I have a treeible sense of humor.

[edit] Top 5 Most Common Mistakes on English Wikipedia

Its and it's. Its is the plural of it, and it's is a contraction of it is. Very common mistake and hard to spot. [Note also that "its" is used as the possessive. Normally in English the possessive has an apostrophe, as in "Tom's ball" (the ball belonging to Tom). For the word "it" the apostrophe is only used for the contraction and is never used in the possessive e.g. "click on its button" (the button belonging to it). Tim D]
A and an. Come on, this stuff you should know. An before a vowel, a before a consonant. A example and a important are examples. [There are some exceptions here, especially with words beginning with H like "an hotel" although this is rarely used these days. Tim D]
Their, Their's, Theirs, There, There's, There's and they're. Their is in singular form, their's is a non-existent word, theirs is the plural form of their, there means "in or that place", there is the plural form of there, there's is the contraction of "there is", and finally they're is the contraction of "they are". Actually quite common.
Who and whom. These days no one really cares about it. Just as a reminder, "whom shall I go to in a time of need" not "who shall I go to in a time of need".
Tenses. "he lead" is an example of tense abuse.
