Samir Soni or Sameer Soni (born September 29, 1968) is an Indian actor of Punjabi origin who is a Sikh and he works for Bollywood. He stands 5'10.

Samir Soni is from Delhi. He did his schooling from St. Xavier's school and graduated from University of California, Los Angeles.

He made his mark as the cunning but slick Ashok Gupta in Doordarshan's A Mouth Of Sky in 1996, followed by forgettable cameos in films.
In 2003, he worked in the popular television series Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin that aired on Sony and the film Baghban. Samir also worked in Basti in the same year. In 2004, he worked in another show on Sony called Saaksshi.
