Sausthorpe

Sausthorpe (also called Saucethorpe) is a village in the valley of the River Lymn in the Lincolnshire Wolds, England. It is situated 3 miles from Spilsby and 137 miles from London.
The parish church is dedicated to St Andrew. Fr. T. Pelham Dale SSC, famous for having been prosecuted and imprisoned for Ritualist practices in 1876 and 1880 (and is thus regarded as something of a martyr by Anglo-Catholics), was the parish priest from 1881-1892. He is buried in the churchyard.
A notable local building is Sausthorpe Hall.
