Scooby-Doo in Where's My Mummy? is the ninth Scooby-Doo direct-to-video animated film. The gang is in Egypt, where a curse by the last Egyptian queen, Cleopatra, by be the source of trouble for Egypt. It was released theaterically in select cities on November 5, 2005 part of Kidtoon Films. View the trailer here. It was rated G by the MPAA. During its limited theatrical release part of Kidtoon Films, it first aired on Cartoon Network on November 24, 2005. It was finally released on DVD on December 13, 2005.

The gang is in Egypt driving to surprise Velma at Prince Omar's worksite, restoring the famous Sphinx. There they meet up with the following: a nomad Egyptian nicknamed "Triple A" by the gang, "Fear Facers" host Rock Rivers, and a nasty Lara Croft-twin named Dr. Ameila Von Butch. After accidentally setting off a trap, the gang is split up. Fred and Daphne try to stop Dr. Von Butch, while Scooby-Doo and Shaggy discovers a Lost City, where Hotep is planning on feeding them to a giant monster.
They are two mysteries which are disconnected--but the effect helped make the curse become a reality. The River Curse turns out to have been caused by: Hotep turns out to be a brilliant civil engineer named Armin Granger whom is illegally blocking the Nile River. He is defeated by Shaggy and Scooby-Doo (when Scooby is mistaken for Ascoobis) when they send Hotep's Spirit of the Sand (a monster-size scorpion which is really a giant robot) into the river. The second mystery is Queen Cleopatra's ghost and her army of undead: Queen Cleopatra's ghost turns out to be Velma! Cleopatra's army of the undead was Prince Omar and his workers. They wanted to scare away any tomb robbers. Velma and Omar didn't count on the gang's surprise visit.
