Since the article is clearly more predominantly about the person than about the power plant, why has this article been moved? -- Zoe
I am about to do a total rewrite of this page using the info previously provided, plus anything that comes to mind. It's currently all over the place and many things could be restated more cleanly.
And I'm afraid this requires taking a hatchet to the strangling vine that is Frank Grimes. I understand that his entry was moved here because a one-episode character didn't require his own page and I agree with that. But he also doesn't require the massive entry that remains on this page.
Thoughts are welcome, and the Page History can be checked if anything is accidentally omitted.

I'm trying to understand how this "fair use" thing works. From what I've read, I get the impression it might be a bit dodgy having more than one picture in such high resolution on this article. Can anyone else comment please? Thanks, --Rebroad 17:20, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
