Stansted Airport railway station serves London Stansted Airport in Essex, England.
It is situated at the end of a short branch from the West Anglia Main Line, which was constructed at a cost of £44 million and opened in 1991, to coincide with the completion of the airport's new terminal building.

The principal service to Stansted Airport is the Stansted Express, a dedicated airport link service from London Liverpool Street operated by 'one', which runs every 15 minutes. Other services operated by 'one' include local services to Liverpool Street, a service to Stratford in east London, and occasional trains northwards to Cambridge.
The station is also served by Central Trains, who operate an hourly service to Birmingham New Street, via Cambridge, Peterborough and Leicester.
