Step Ladder is the independent album by pop singer Teddy Geiger, before he hit it big with Underage Thinking. It features his hit single "For You I Will (Confidence)", but on this EP, it's under the alias "Confidence". This version of the single has less of a rock attitude from the version featured on the Underage Thinking album. This EP also features songs that Geiger then remade to include on the Underage Thinking Album.
