Stevie Vann

Stevie Vann (a.k.a. Stevie van Kerken, Stevie Lange), born as Stevie van Kerken in Mufulira, Northern Rhodesia (now Zambia). Stevie Vann is a successful background singer. She sang backing vocals on the version of Def Leppard's "When Love And Hate Collide" on their Vault compilation. Additionally, she has sang backup for Manfred Mann, Colin Blunstone, Jim Capaldi, Trevor Rabin, Rick Wakeman, Crawler, The Comsat Angels, Gang of Four, Wham, Tears for Fears, Johnny Hates Jazz, Swing Out Sister, and Ray Charles. She was married to record producer Robert John "Mutt" Lange, who had once been Def Leppard's producer.
Stevie was also known within industry circles for her delivery on ad campaigns such as "Trio" and "Bodyform" in the mid to late 80s.
In 1995 she recorded an album produced by Robert John "Mutt" Lange, who also sang backing vocals on the album.
