[edit] Sigh...
I know smiling at yourself is kinda wierd... but I am feelin pretty down :(.
Tyson Moore has smiled at you! Smiles promote WikiLove and hopefully this one has made your day better. Spread the WikiLove by smiling to someone else, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend. Smile to others by adding {{subst:smile}}, {{subst:smile2}} or {{subst:smile3}} to their talk page with a friendly message. Happy editing!

I cannot figure out how to fix it; sorry! I would suggest that you ask GeorgeMoney, as he is knowledgable at things like this.

[edit] RE: Userbox
Is this what you wanted? http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Tyson_Moore/New&diff=next&oldid=71889451 . If so, the problem was that the float: parameter doesn't have a "center" value (only left or right), so I had to create a table. If you want anything else changed about it and you don't know how to do it, I'll be glad to help (tables are pretty tricky). GeorgeMoney (talk) 22:39, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
- Well, the way to use the table to make them align in the center is to make an empty space on the left so the table pushes the rest to the next space. But if it is really empty then the table can't so you need to do <div style="visibility: hidden">one random userbox</div> and add that to the left side of the table to move it to the center. [edit] Re: HELP!!!
Hello. I looked over it and found 2 main issues.
First, there should not be a space after subst:. I fixed this.
The other primary issue was that some of the userboxes do not exist. You may have made a typo.

[edit] RE: Your comment on Where's talk page
Hi, I saw you commented on Where's talk page about some vandal edits. A way to check what edits of yours were made by the vandal, you can just look through your contributions and see if you remember making any edits, or you could request a CheckUser on yourself to see what IP address the vandal has, and what times he logged on (but I don't know the specific details about exactly what data CheckUser logs)
PS: Sorry for not responding to your html/css question on my talk earlier. I am really busy lately and don't have time for fixing html code. I am even lucky I was able to come online today.

[edit] Wikipedia talk:Project namespace
Your change to the page Wikipedia talk:Project namespace was determined to be unhelpful, and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. Thanks. Agent 86 23:35, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
- My apologies. It appears that the vandalism on Wikipedia talk:Project namespace may not have been your doing. If I had scrolled down and read your talk page before clicking on the "edit this page" tag, I would have seen the earlier posting on your talk page. I followed up and looked at what you left on Where's talk page, and am happy to cross out the warning I left for you based on that. Agent 86 02:49, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

- Excuse my oar, but your signature is practically unreadable if you haven't clicked on your page link ever before, and it's huge in the wiki-text. You might want to re-think it. Also, you might want to check that it's accessible to people who are red-green colorblind. Mak (talk) 23:50, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re:Tsk, Tsk, Tsk....
Hi Tyson. Sorry about the signature test. Regarding the yelling at vandals, however, the person I was yelling at I know personally. He goes to my school. In fact, I wrote some of the messages with him standing right beside me. Sort of semi-friendly jesting. So, don't worry, I don't yell at people I don't know.--Tom 13:59, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] RE:User:Tabaris
I advise you to just ignore it. It is probably a user trolling and cant really do anything. You could get that user blocked for disruption and probably personal attacks too. GeorgeMoney (talk) 18:08, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re: A wikithreat
I told the user to stop. If s/he continues, I will block.
If you think I did not take strong enough action, feel free to ask other admins at WP:AN.

[edit] RE: Block IP
There is a way to block the IP itself but allow people to log in.
There are modes like "allow account creation", "allow login", and "block all". So if you block the IP indef with allow login set, people who already have accounts can log in and edit.
PS: No I am not an admin, sorry. Only where is one. GeorgeMoney (talk) 02:54, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Re: Signature
Okay; I fixed the first two links in User:Tyson Moore/signature. Basically, you need to do something along the line of [[link|<span style="blah">link</span> for each link.

[edit] Your signature
Tyson, your signature's too long for WP:SIG. If you would like a signature made for you, feel free to contact me at my signature shop. •Sean•gorter•(T) (P) 06:07, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- I could do that, but Wikipedia says the limit of signature is up to 250 characters, while my guess is we'll exceed 300 characters of wikicode. Any suggestions for shortening the code? •Sean•gorter•(T) (P) 08:00, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Blockage!
Hi Tyson Moore :). I would be perfectly willing to block that IP if it proves necessary. However, as there still are some beneficial edits coming from your school, and since the rate of vandalism is currently rather low, I am not sure if it is necessary. But if you disagree, I'm perfectly willing to discuss it.
Sorry for taking so long to respond! -- Where 02:55, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
- Perhaps, but other people from your school might be interested in editing someday. The amount of vandalism coming from that IP looks to me to be quite small and manageable. -- Where 00:34, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
- That would depend on the type of block (although for the default, no). But most Wikipedians start out as anon editors, so I feel it is best to give them an opportunity to edit, since there are no major problems with that IP. -- Where 03:22, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
- Well, Tyson, I think you have stated your case and so has Where. You both make good points. Let's leave it at that. If we start getting a lot of :vandalism from the school's IP, then we'll reexamine the issue. Katalaveno 01:25, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] License tagging for Image:Scottandtelly.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Scottandtelly.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 23:07, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Vexels.Net article deletion
Since there are several articles regarding message boards and online art communities in Wikipedia, including DeviantART, I thought it was pretty reasonable to create an article on Vexels.Net as well.. Is it the tone of the article, which caused it to be proposed for deletion? Thanks Xumm1du 13:30, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Blockage
If we leave it unblocked, but put a notice on the top of the page only to block anons editing from this address but not normal users, would that be a suitable compromise?
