Vincent Johnson
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Vincent Johnson (b. January 6, 1969), the Brooklyn Strangler was a homeless crack addict who confessed to the murders of five women in Brooklyn in 1999 and 2000, and who is a suspect in the murder of at least one more. Each of the victims was strangled, two with their own shoe-laces.
Johnson admitted to the murders of Patricia Sullivan, Rhonda Tucker, Joanne Feliciano, Vivian Caraballo and Laura Nusser. As of 2006, Johnson still denies involvement in the killing of Katrina Niles. All six of his victims had been arrested for prostitution and drug violations in the past.
Whether by coincidence or design, Johnson appears to have preferred killing on Thursdays.
Johnson is currently serving a life sentence in Clinton Correctional Facility, in Dannemora, New York.
