Where Did We Go Wrong was a 1994 top 40 hit for R&B girl group BlackGirl. Produced by Daryl Simmons it became a huge R&B radio hit. At the time Daryl Simmons was working on producing another girl group, that later became Destiny's Child.
The video/radio version was drastically reworked from the original album cut with newly added keyboards.
