Wind Chill is a movie starring Emily Blunt and Ashton Holmes. George Clooney and Steven Soderbergh are among the producers of the project. In this film, two Portland college students share a ride home for Christmas. Unfortunately, their car breaks down in an unpopulated area of the road and they are preyed upon by the spirits of those who have died there in the past.

The college scenes in the film were shot at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Outdoor scenes of the movie were shot near Peachland, British Columbia, in February and March 2006.
