[edit] Plot
At the beginning of the story, Winnie the Pooh is told by Gopher that it is Winds-day. Pooh decides to wish everybody a Happy Winds-day. When he stops to wish a Happy Winds-day to his friend Piglet, Piglet is blown in the air. Pooh uses him as a kite; during their flight he wishes Kanga, Roo, Eeyore, Rabbit, and Owl a Happy Winds-day. When they arrive at Owl's treehouse, Owl tells them that it is just a gentle spring zephyr not Winds-day. During the windstorm, Owl's house is knocked down, and Eeyore is sent to house-hunt for Owl.
That night, a strange noise not known to the Hundred Acre Wood is heard. Pooh hears someone knock at the door and Tigger comes bouncing in looking for a bite to eat. At that point, Tigger sings his famous song, "I'm the only one!" After that Tigger takes some honey and says "Yuck!" Tiggers don't like honey". Tigger then tells Pooh that there are Heffalumps and Woozles in the forest that steal honey, Pooh's favourite food. After Tigger leaves, Pooh has a nightmare in which Heffalumps and Woozles steal his honey (done through the song "Heffalumps and Woozles").
Later that evening, the Hundred Acre Wood is flooded. Piglet is trapped in his home and writes a bottle-note for help. He is then carried off on a chair. Meanwhile Pooh gets trapped in a bottle of honey and floats off. Everyone else gathers at Christopher Robin's house. Christopher Robin sends Owl to rescue Piglet. Piglet and Pooh then approach a waterfall then Piglet falls in to the honey pot and Pooh swipes into the chair. Then they arrive at Christopher Robin's house. Christopher Robin mistakenly thinks that Pooh rescued Piglet and throws a hero party for Pooh.
During the party, Eeyore informs everyone that he has found a new home for Owl and leads the gang to Piglet's house. Everyone is in shock, and tries to tactfully tell Eeyore that it is Piglet's house. But Piglet reluctantly gives his home to Owl. Pooh then offers to let Piglet live with him, and suggests to Christopher Robin that the hero party becomes a two-hero party because of Piglet giving his home to Owl. This is done, and the gang celebrates both Pooh and Piglet's good deeds.
