[edit] Location of 1981 Championship

The International Skating Union web site is mistaken in listing the site of the 1981 World Junior championships as "London, GBR". The competition was held in London, Ontario, in Canada. I remember watching the coverage on Canadian TV at the time, and Ben Wright's book Skating in America does correctly list the location as Ontario. Dr.frog 03:17, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

You are very lucky to get a coverage on TV of the World Junior Figure Skating Championships, not even thinkable in Germany. However, i checked old news papers, it was in Ontario. Uwe Langer 15:15, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Help please

Help please. I want to edit the location of the 1998 championships. When I went to edit, I saw that the various championships looked like models with { { } } brackets around them. However, I can't find the models. The host city is listed as St.John which takes you to a number of other sites, but not the proper host city. It should be Saint John, New Brunswick or simply Saint John. Note, the city is never abbreviated St.DDD DDD 17:37, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

The 4 tables for the championships are the templates, which you can find the links for on the buttom of the edit page. It was neccesary to split the article, because the original version would have been bigger than 45kB, which could cause trouble in the system here. I will change that St. John to Saint John. Thank you for the tip. Uwe Langer 19:27, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
