The station is fully accessible and offers connections between Silver Line routes. It is across the street from Commonwealth Pier and a seasonal ferry to Provincetown, Massachusetts.

Lenticular art designed by Marybeth Mungovan and Jason Asselin is installed on the lobby level of the station.
