[edit] Summary
Taken from V/A (1996) Durruti 1896-1936. London: Active/Beastie. The pictures featured on this book were taken from the Internationaale Instituut voor Sociale Geschiedenis (Amsterdam), the Archivo Histórico Nacional de Salamanca and from the personal archives of José Roig and Abel Paz. There is no individual reference to from which each picture belongs to. The book does not feature any copyright reference. The photographer is not known. The image can be considered a simple photograph under the Spanish copyright law. It has been taken most probably before 1936 (the portrayed died in December, 1936, in a much older age), so under Spanish law it can also be considered PD-old (70 years after the date of publication).
[edit] Licensing
- As no info on the author is provided, it's impossible to claim that the Spanish law applies to this photograph (see article 162 on the applicability of the lay). PD-old is not applicable either since it's the Second Transient Disposition the one that applies (eighty years)
