Ashley Massaro (born May 26, 1979 in Babylon, New York), sometimes known as just Ashley is a model and professional wrestler, currently working for World Wrestling Entertainment's on its SmackDown! brand. She was the winner of the 2005 RAW Diva Search.

Ashley Massaro, came to WWE in June 2005 as a contestant in the 2005 RAW Diva Search. After beating the seven other chosen finalists, Massaro was declared the winner on the August 15, 2005 edition of RAW. She won $250,000 and a one year contract with World Wrestling Entertainment. Massaro defeated Leyla Milani for the prize.

Massaro made her first WWE appearance as an official Diva on the August 21, 2005 pre-SummerSlam edition of HEAT. This featured Ashley conducting interviews with the fans, including WWE Legends The Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young. Later that night, Massaro made her first appearance at a pay-per-view event when she joined the other bikini-clad divas in washing Vince McMahon's presidential limo backstage.

The following night on RAW, WWE Divas Candice Michelle and Torrie Wilson called out Massaro, claiming they wanted to welcome her to RAW. After Massaro came out, Michelle and Wilson turned heel and beat down Ashley. Massaro continued to feud with the two divas who were soon joined by Victoria, Victoria would defeat Massaro in Massaro's first match.

Massaro was later joined by the returning Trish Stratus who helped Massaro fend off attacks from the three divas. The pair would defeat the three divas who became known as the Ladies in Pink (and later Vince's Devils) on several occasions including WWE's 2005 Unforgiven pay-per-view, and at the WWE Homecoming in a 3-on-2 Bra and Panties match.

Massaro would continue to wrestle matches through the rest of 2005 and was involved in the annual Fulfill Your Fantasy Battle Royal at Taboo Tuesday for her first shot at the WWE Women's Championship. Ashley was able to eliminate Candice Michelle before being eliminated by Victoria.

One of Ashley Massaro's biggest wins to date came at New Year's Revolution when Massaro was able to win the first ever Bra and Panties Gauntlet match by being the final Diva left still wearing her clothes. Following WWE tradition, to please the fans, she removed them herself before making her exit.

Through the early part of 2006 Massaro would get in the Denito, Massaro became the victim of a series of vicious attacks from a jealous Mickie James. At the Royal Rumble, Mickie defeated Ashley with Stratus as the special guest referee. However, Massaro would get her revenge by pinning James in the rematch on RAW.

During the February 20, 2006 edition of RAW Ashley Massaro would suffer a fractured left fibula while being eliminated from the women's Battle Royal. Upon further medical consultation, it was announced on WWE.com that because of the spiral crack in her left fibula Massaro would need surgery. She underwent the procedure to have a plate positioned in her leg in March 2006.

During her recovery Massaro would still occasionally appear on RAW as part of the Stratus/James feud, albeit in a non-active role. On March 22, 2006, Ashley Massaro announced on her MySpace blog that she signed a three year contract extension with WWE.

WWE.com announced on June 1, 2006 that Massaro would be the newest SmackDown! diva, thus she made her debut on the June 2, 2006 edition of SmackDown! as a special guest commentator during the Kristal Marshall vs Jillian Hall match. Since Massaro debuted on SmackDown!, she has aligned herself with Jillian Hall in which they have a feud with Michelle McCool and Kristal Marshall. She won her debut match on the July 21, 2006 edition of SmackDown! where she teamed up with Hall and defeated McCool and Marshall. At The Great American Bash 2006, Massaro won the Fatal Four Way Bra and Panties Match.

On the August 4, 2006 edition of SmackDown, Massaro broke her knuckle in a match against Kristal Marshall. On August 16, 2006 she hosted the 2006 WWE Diva Search finale along with Todd Grisham. Ashley returned to the ring on the September 9, 2006 edition of SmackDown! where she, Paul London and Brian Kendrick defeated Idol Stevens, K.C. James and Michelle McCool in a Six-Person Mixed Tag Team Match. Following the victory Ashley became the manager for London and Kendrick, accompanying them to the ring for their matches on Smackdown and PPV's. Ashley competed in the first ever Extreme Strip Poker segment on ECW on October 10th, 2006 representing Smackdown!. On the October 27, 2006 edition of Smackdown!, Ashley competed in the first ever Trick-Or-Treat Battle Royal which was won by Kristal Marshall.

Ashley Massaro has appeared in many publications and events. She posed for Playboy and her photos, under the pseudonym Mackenzie Ryan, appeared as a "Cyber Girl of the Week" feature in January 2004. She was also a finalist in Playboy's 50th Anniversary Playmate Hunt^[1]. She has competed in Miss Hawaiian Tropic pageants and held the title of Miss Hawaiian Tropic USA [1] and Miss Hawaiian Tropic Canada and has appeared in FHM, Stuff, Maxim, and on the covers of Femme Fatale and FLEX magazines. Ashley is the next WWE Diva due to pose for Playboy to be released next year to help promote Wrestlemania 23.

She was crowned Miss Hawaiian Tropic USA in 2002 and Miss Hawaiian Tropic Canada in August 2004.^{[citation needed]} Massaro has also hosted several E! Channel Wild On! episodes. Massaro also appeared on Breaking Bonaduce as Danny Bonaduce's personal trainer.

The first music theme from Ashley in WWE was "Be Yourself" of Audioslave, she currently uses a generic theme. However, in her MySpace blog, Ashley was vocal about the fact that she would like the song Living Dead Girl by Rob Zombie for her next theme song.^{[verification needed]}

Ashley has a blog on the WWE.com called Bangin' With Ashley in which she discusses her favorite music and the musical preferences of WWE Superstars. Along with Divas Maria and Melina, Ashley has a monthly advice column in WWE Magazine.

Massaro has three small tattoos of black asian lettering running vertically down her lower back and a small butterfly tattoo on her lower stomach/hip. She had two additional tattoos since entering WWE officially; two large nautical stars, one just above each elbow. She also has the upperside of her left lip pierced (called a Madonna/Monroe) and the bottom sides of her lip pierced in a snakebite.

She dated drummer, Chuck Comeau, of Simple Plan for 3 years, Wil Francis of the band Aiden and dated WWE superstar Matt Hardy, but they have officially broken up, several months ago as confirmed on her myspace blog, but remain very good friends. She states she is now single and happy on her myspace.
