Dominic Stone

Dominic Stone is a fictional character from V for Vendetta. In the film, he is played by Rupert Graves.
He is Chief Inspector Eric Finch's Detective Sergeant; Finch's last DS was killed in a Scottish National Army attack a few years prior.

Stone helps Finch try to unravel the mystery behind V, a masked terrorist trying to take down the Norsefire regime. He is later found by Evey Hammond, disguised as V (as V was killed by Finch).She saves him from an angry mob and brings him to the Shadow Gallery. He will likely become the third V.

When V raids Jordan Tower, Dominic comes close to capturing him. However, he is maced at the last second by Evey Hammond and is subsequently knocked unconscious by V.
At the end of the film, he is seen among the citizens of London at the destruction of the Palace of Westminster.
