The Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) is the police service operated by the Regional Municipality of Durham, Ontario, common referred to as Durham Region, and located east of the City of Toronto. The force serves the local municipalities municipalities of:

- Deputy Chief Chuck Mercier (Operations)
- Deputy Chief Rod Piukkala (Administration)
- Director of Corporate Communications is a civilian role.
Durham Regional Police Headquarters is in Whitby, Ontario at the Regional Municipality of Durham Headquarters building.
