Hotel Newfoundland

The original Hotel Newfoundland was opened in 1926 in St. John's. The hotel was acquired by CNR in 1949 and later demolished. The a new hotel was opened with the same name by the CPR in 1982 and now operates as Fairmont Hotel Newfoundland.
