Jamie MacDonald (footballer)

Jamie MacDonald (born April 1986, in Broxburn) is a professional football player currently playing for Scottish Premier League club Heart of Midlothian.
MacDonald, a goalkeeper, signed in August 2003 from Hearts youths. MacDonald is a very promising goalkeeper who is an ever present for the Tynecastle clubs U21 team. Despite not making his senior debut for Hearts he has impressed the coaching staff at the club with his development. He will hope to build on this and challenge current number one Craig Gordon for the goalkeepers jersey.
