# Under construction
^ Planning in progress
1 Upon completion of the Kowloon Southern Link, an extension of KCR West Rail, East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, currently serving on the East Rail, will serve on the West Rail.
2 Mong Kok Station is not a transfer station to the Mong Kok Station of the MTR Tsuen Wan Line and Kwun Tong Line, but the two stations are connected with a footbridge, which takes 10-15 minutes on foot.
3 Fo Tan and Racecourse are parallel stations. Racecourse Station is only open when horseracing or a special event is held at Sha Tin Racecourse.
4 Kwu Tung, Chau Tau and Lok Ma Chau are stations on the Lok Ma Chau Spur Line, a branch from Sheung Shui Station of the KCR East Rail, with solely the latter in construction.
5 West Kowloon is the station on the Kowloon Southern Link, an extension of KCR West Rail to join KCR East Rail at Hung Hom Station. Upon completion, East Tsim Sha Tsui station, currently serving the East Rail, will serve the West Rail.
6 Tsuen Wan West station is not a transfer station to the Tsuen Wan station of the MTR Tsuen Wan Line, but green minibus route 95K (free transfer with an immediate West Rail journey record on the Octopus card) is provided between the two stations. It normally takes 15-20 minutes to go to Tsuen Wan Station on foot.
7 Kam Sheung Road Station would be expanded in the future, and act as an interchange station between the West Rail main line and the Northern Link extension. At the time being, Kam Sheung Road serves as a plain through station without any interchange facilities.
