President Robert L. Booth is a fictional character from the British comic 2000 AD. He is the last President of the United States and the man who triggers the Atomic Wars.

In 2070 he was deposed and tried under the famous 'Judgement of Solomon', which decreed that he should serve a 100 year term in suspended animation, locked up in the deepest vault in Fort Knox. When a bomb hit Fort Knox years later, Booth was inadvertently revived. Eventually he met Judge Dredd, who sentenced him to life working on a Kentucky farm in the Cursed Earth.

In recent years, 2000AD editorials have explicitly compared the policies of Booth to those of George W. Bush.
