Boracay Shangri-La Resort and Spa is a resort hotel owned by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts located at the tropical island of Boracay, Aklan, Philippines.
Scheduled to open in 2008, the resort plans to provide 217 guestrooms, including 43 villas and suites, of which 31 have a private plunge pool or Jacuzzi.
It is the fifth hotel and resort property of Shangri-La Hotel in the Philippines, after Edsa Shangri-La, Makati Shangri-La, Traders Hotel in Manila and Mactan Shangri-La in Cebu.

The construction of the US$75 million hotel appears to be in question after the Philippine government declared the location of the hotel is in an area which government considers "forest or inalienable land". [1]
