Shaun Holmes

Shaun Holmes (born December 27, 1980 in Derry, Northern Ireland) is an Irish footballer who plays for Derry City F.C. in the League of Ireland. Signed from Glentoran during the July transfer window, he can operate in both a defensive and midfield role on the left side of the field.
Holmes, formerly of Manchester City F.C. and Wrexham, is regarded as possessing a tremendous shot and has been capped by Northern Ireland at both full and U-21 levels.
