"Work It Out" is the first solo single by R&B singer Beyoncé, released as soundtrack to 2002 film Austin Powers in Goldmember and also taken from the international editions of her solo debut album Dangerously In Love. Released in 2002, The Neptunes-produced single failed to chart in the U.S., although it reached number seven on the UK Top 75 Singles in summer 2002. The music video for the song was directed by Matthew Rolston. The song features a jazzy tune with Chad Hugo on the saxophone.
