WQNC-FM "Q92.7" is an urban adult contemporary radio station in Charlotte, North Carolina that is owned and operated by Radio One Inc. It is the home of the syndicated Tom Joyner Morning Show.

The station used to be hip hop/R&B station WCHH Hot 92.7. It did not do well in the ratings, so it was flipped to Urban AC under its current name in 2003. Other formats included Rhythmic Oldies and Smooth Jazz (as WCCJ).

Today WQNC is in competition against longer standing Urban AC rival WBAV V-101.9 and Urban Hip Hop station WPEG Power 98.
