Patricia T. Arquette (ur. 8 kwietnia 1968 w Chicago) - amerykańska aktorka, laureatka nagrody Emmy. Pochodzi z aktorskiej rodziny - jest siostrą aktorów Davida, Rosanny, Richmonda i Alexis Arquette.
W 1995 poślubiła Nicolasa Cage'a, z którym rozstała się po 9 miesiącach.
Obecnie gra główną rolę w serialu Medium.
