"Before I Forget" is a song by Slipknot from their 2004 album Vol. 3 (The Subliminal Verses). In February 2006, "Before I Forget" won Slipknot a Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance. After getting nominated for six years in a row, it was the band's first ever Grammy. The video for "Before I Forget" shows Slipknot performing the song unmasked and in street clothes, but when their faces were shown, the camera was zoomed in on a single part, such as the mouth or eyes. The video focused on the instruments of the members more often than it did their faces.
