European Cup 1975-76

The season 1975-76 of the European Cup football club tournament was won by for the third consecutive time by Bayern Munich in the final against AS Saint-Étienne. This achievement meant that Bayern were awarded the badge of honour and got to keep the cup that had been introduced only a few years previously after Ajax Amsterdam had won three cups in a row.
