Depeche Mode

Depeche Mode er et britisk rockeband. Bandet ble grunnlagt i 1980 som et synth-pop band, og var gjennom mesteparten av 80-tallet et av de fremste bandene innenfor New Wave/New Romantic-sjangeren. I 1990 fikk de sin hittil største hit, Enjoy the Silence fra albumet Violator, og etablerte seg med det som et av verdens mestselgende band. Depeche Mode har frem til i dag solgt mer enn 70 millioner plater verden over.
Depeche Mode består i dag av : Martin Gore (hovedkomponist, vokal, gitarer, keyboard), David Gahan (vokal) ogAndrew Fletcher (keyboard). Tidligere medlemmer : Alan Wilder (Recoil) (keyboard, 1983-1995) og Vince Clarke (Erasure) (hovedkomponist, keyboard, 1980-1981)
